We replaced an underutilized open porch with a new sun filled den. The roof structure remained in place while we dug and poured a new foundation, framed new walls and installed windows to appear as though we just filled-in the existing space.

Design and construction of new house in Nonquitt, MA

This project from 2009 added new kitchen, living space and a master suite to an existing 18th century house. It also includes a large screened porch with a fireplace, and a 2-car garage tucked in the addition's basement.
